Individual and Group Counselling Sessions
My role as a counsellor is to enhance and promote the psychosocial wellbeing of my clients and assist them in identifying stressors and challenges in their lives.
My aim is to help individuals overcome difficulties by drawing from personal strengths, guiding them to create positive thought patterns and teaching individuals and families helpful and lasting coping mechanisms and techniques.

Offering the following assessments for individuals and groups:
Career Guidance Assessments
This assessment includes a battery of interest, personality and aptitude tests which assist individual's in identifying possible career paths. This is not only geared towards Grade 9-12 learners but also older clients who wish to explore their options and identify alternative career options. This includes a 30 minute intake session, 1.5 hour assessment and a written report.
Aptitude Assessments
Aptitude tests measure your abilities and skills, such as verbal, numerical ability, abstract reasoning, mechanical reasoning and space relations.
Personality Assessments
These assessments measure psychological factors such as an individual’s attitudes, values, beliefs, and behaviours in relation to others.
