Individual and Group Counselling Sessions (online)

My role as a counsellor is to enhance and promote the psychosocial wellbeing of my clients and assist them in identifying stressors and challenges in their lives. My aim is to help individuals overcome difficulties by drawing from personal strengths, guiding them to create positive thought patterns and teaching individuals and families helpful and lasting coping mechanisms and techniques.

I have been working with children and adolescents from the ages of 3yrs - 16 yrs for over 5 years. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents diagnosed with various learning difficulties as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Having been a school facilitator in various schools over the years, I am aware of the challenges that many children and young adults face in mainstream schools and therefore stress the importance of routine in the classroom, on the playground and at home.
