ABOUT
A mental health practitioner, offering both individual and group counselling for children, adolescents and adults. My experience includes working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other learning difficulties. I have worked with a number of families and schools over the years, assisting children, parents and teachers in overcoming obstacles and emotional difficulties, through effective therapeutic interventions, guidance and support.
I specialise in the areas of trauma, abuse, grief, stress, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, learning difficulties, career counselling, personal & emotional development (including self-esteem) and daily-life obstacles.
My approach is integrative, which means that I draw from various approaches and interventions and tailor them in a way that best suits each individual. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space which allows for clients to freely express their thoughts, opinions, feelings and experiences.
“Every person on this earth is full of great possibilities that can be realized through imagination, effort, and perseverance.” –Scott Barry Kaufmann
